Methods of treatment carried out on the basis of the department:
— All types of electrical procedures (electrophoresis,
electrical stimulation, amplipulse, UHF, darsonval, etc.);
— Electro-phototherapy (bioptron, ultraviolet light, ultrasound, magnetic therapy, shock wave therapy);
— Inhalation therapy (medicinal substances in the form of aerosols are prescribed for therapeutic and prophylactic purposes).
Indications for inhalation therapy: acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract,
bronchi and lungs;
— Laser therapy;
— Salt mine for the treatment of patients with diseases
respiratory organs, allergies, skin diseases;
— Heat therapy (mud therapy, ozokerite therapy).
Indications for heat therapy: chronic inflammatory, metabolic and traumatic lesions of the musculoskeletal system, chronic inflammatory diseases of the respiratory system, consequences of diseases and injuries of the central and peripheral nervous system, cerebral palsy, poliomyelitis, inflammatory diseases of the genital area;
— Colon hydrotherapy using the NS 2000 device (Spain)
for deep cleansing of the intestines;
— Androgin for the treatment of urological diseases;
— Cryosauna;
— Mineral baths. The hospital has its own well with natural mineral water – chloride-sulfate-sodium composition, enriched with silicic acid. It has not only a thermal and mechanical effect on the body, but also a chemical effect;

The department receives treatment for disabled people and WWII participants,
internationalist soldiers, persons who participated in the liquidation
accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant (LPII-Ch), residents of the Semey region (a region of increased radiation risk), persons who served in the military in the high radiation risk zone of the Semipalatinsk nuclear test site (LPII-S).
